What are Adaptogens?

Adaptogen is a term used to describe a natural agent (e.g. herb, mushroom) that helps the body be more resilient, or “adapt”, to stress. Adaptogens may tweak hormone production (by reducing cortisol, the “stress hormone”) and physiological responses to stress to ensure that your body—from your mind to your immune system to your energy levels —functions as it should. They do this mainly by acting on the adrenal glands - which are responsible for promoting a healthy stress response.

How do I store my mood-enhancing gummies/capsules? 

It's fine to keep the products in the original packaging, as long as there is an airtight seal around the lid. 

If you prefer to transfer the gummies/capsules to a different container, then we recommend transferring them into an airtight container. We think that glass food storage containers work best.

No matter which products you’ve bought, you should always store both opened and unopened containers in a clean, cool, and dry place(between 55 °F and a maximum of 77 °F), such as a pantry, drawer, or cabinet. Try to keep it away from direct sunlight.

How far out are your expiration dates?

Our gummies/capsules expire two years from the date of being manufactured. We always recommend consuming them before the expiration date. With proper storage, our products should be completely safe for consumption before they expire.
